The Tofu and Mixed Vegetables are delicious!! They have fast delivery, inside and outside seating as well!
Decent Chinese restaurant in Clearwater beach. I think it was the only Asian or Chinese Restaurant at a decent price in ordering. I did like their Scallop and Shrimp vegetable dish. I did like their Fried Egg Roll. The Hot and Sour Soup was a bit bland but was not full of sodium also or too spicy. Do try it if you cannot leave Clearwater Beach by Car to Tampa. No pictures as I was hungry to think of taking but worth trying.
If you're in Clearwater Beach and are looking for good Chinese food, I suggest you check this place out. My partner and I were in the mood for Chinese food so we tried this place and they were great! The vegetable fried rice was flavorful (five stars, much better than the average fried rice dish, lots of different kinds of veggies but not so many that it drowned out the taste of the rice), the spring rolls were nice and crispy, and the sweet and sour chicken was great! They said that delivery would take 35-40 minutes but it only took about 25 and the guy was courteous and found our hotel room really quickly. And they put all the needed sauces, utensils, and plates in the bag.
I was not feeling like eating seafood while in Clearwater Beach. Maybe next time. I was in the mood for Chinese and cheap food. Tan's fit the bill for both. I got the Pepper Steak special lunch with Fried Rice and an egg roll. I also lived large and got some crispy noodles for a side. It was really good food. The rice was perfect. Not to greasy and I would say it tasted healthy!!!! The beef was good except for one or two pieces that were a little chewy. I have never had perfect Pepper Steak!! Good value here!!!!
Tan's is a nice restaurant. It has a wide selection of food and is very authentic. However, I found the rice to be quite dry.
